VMT COPYRIGHT NOTICE

The Visibility Modeling Tool (VMT) is copyrighted software.

The VMT contains software packages subject to license agreements other than 
that of the Copyright license below.  Specifically the VMT utilizes:

1) JFreeChart which is an "open source" library Copyright 2000-2007, by 
Object Refinery Limited and Contributors.  It is permitted to be used in 
proprietary applications under the GNU Lesser General Public License 
(LGPL).
2) JFreeChart is dependent upon and distributed with the JCommon library, 
also licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL).
3) The Apache Commons project copyrighted by the Apache Software Foundation 
and made available under the Apache License.  

All other portions of the VMT are copyrighted under the following copyright 
notice.
