Description:

Patch release for getCal-2.10.
Fixed bug where target tags were getting corrupted when using HD*
target names along with the `--targetName' and `--identHDC'
command options. The character after the "HD" prefix was getting
lost when replacing the "HD" with "HDC".

Updated regression tests to reflect SIMBAD data changes
for some objects used in the tests.
